Display Account Manager

The position plays a critical role in managing a set of existing partners and clients for 4INFO's growing mobile ad network as well as providing support to securing new partners and clients. As a member of the Business development team, you will work closely with the Executive, Ad Sales, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering teams. In this critical role, the Account Manager is responsible for achieving inventory growth targets for each partner or client he/she manages through both consultative selling skills as well as project management abilities in which he/she builds relationships with senior executives at leading media, entertainment, publishing and emerging web 2.0 companies.

It is a position that requires strong business, technical, and analytical skills. You must develop in-depth understanding of 4INFO's service offerings and how 4INFO service offerings can help partners achieve their business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer management capabilities, strong project management skills and a solid understanding of the digital/mobile advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the on boarding process of all new ad network publishers partners
  • Work with the ad ops and marketing teams to ensure all sales and marketing information is successfully transferred to the ad sales team
  • Build relationships and credibility with identified key stakeholders within partners' or clients' organization
  • Manage daily activities of existing partners including analyzing campaign data, providing reporting and proposing/managing enhancements that will help publisher's maximize their monthly ad revenue
  • Identify and close up-sell opportunities with current partners and/or clients including on boarding additional mobile sites/apps to the network
  • Monitor day to day activity across the 4INFO mobile ad network to ensure solid performance across the network
  • Work with 3rd party partners such as ad mediation and rich media providers to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns across all publisher partners.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years customer-facing experience, preferably in a business consulting or technical implementation role within an ad network or mobile related company
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a track record of initiative, personal responsibility, and ownership to meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Relentless attention to driving a clear, consistent and compelling message in all communications
  • High energy, positive attitude and team orientation in all interactions
  • Ability to create and deliver convincing arguments, including ability to make technical presentations, write service proposals and statements of work
  • Experience in digital advertising, mobile and/or ad network highly preferred
  • BA/BS required

  • Meeting/hitting individual quarterly targets for Publishing inventory and user acquisition
  • Achieving high partner satisfaction from partner engagement, problem solving and account services
  • Achieving high partner satisfaction from working and building relationship with publisher partners and 3rd parties
