Software Engineer in Test (Sr., Lead or Manager)

4info is looking for a Software Engineer in Test to work with our technology team to help design, develop and test 4INFO's next generation mobile advertising delivery software platform. You will be an integral part of the team in improving quality across the company's products and processes. Your responsibilities will include creating test strategies, writing test plans, and implementing automated test systems.
Job Requirements
- Develop and maintain test automation scripts.
- Experience in algorithm development and testing large datasets.
- Participate in design and specification reviews and develop accompanying test plans.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Have been a part of a strong team in a fast-paced, start-up like environment.
- Three or more years of industry experience, including hands-on Operations or QA experience.
- Excellent fundamental knowledge of Quality Assurance concepts and experience with testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Create and execute test cases based on software requirements and/or user stories.
- Record test results and enter software defects.
- Troubleshoot inaccuracies or problems within the software.
- Effectively communicate with QA team, Software Engineering and/or Product Management.
- Familiarity of working in an agile software development environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience and understanding of software development, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Ability to operate independently.
- Customer focus and a passion for building great products.
- Expertise with full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, test reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Have deep technical understanding of QA methodology and tools such as schedulers, frameworks, and harnesses.
- Experience designing, implementing executing test cases and reporting metrics on quality.
