Tim Jenkins

CEO

Tim is the CEO of 4INFO and a seasoned Silicon Valley veteran with more than 25 years in senior operational and executive roles at several tech companies including Apple and Stratacom (acquired by Cisco). At Apple, Tim was responsible for developing the education business division in Europe. Employing a unique channel and product strategy he helped this division grow to over $500M in annual revenue. While at Stratacom he was a key player in their global expansion entering 11 new major geographies in Europe and Asia as Stratacom grew to over $250M in revenue. Tim was also the CEO of Simpata, a SaaS based HR and benefits platform licensed to major medical carriers. The company’s unique business model allowed carriers to direct market to employees online using proprietary profiling techniques. In 1995, Tim founded Creative Wonders, a joint venture between Electronic Arts and Cap/Cities ABC. Creative Wonders scaled from nothing to $30M in revenue and profitability in less than 3 years and was sold to The Learning Company/Mattel.

Armed with extensive experience in developing profitable strategies and scaling companies, Tim will drive the expansion of 4INFO in the rapidly growing mobile market within the US and globally.

Tim graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Business and Finance.

Ray Colwell

Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer at 4INFO, Ray is responsible for the company's revenue and growth strategy across brand and performance media, channel partnerships, ad operations, and agency relationships. Ray most recently served as vice president of national and direct sales at Collective, a leading provider of media and technology solutions for display and video advertising. Prior to Collective, Ray was vice president of Transpera, where he was responsible for defining the company's advertising model and driving strategic and revenue objectives. As senior vice president of Third Screen Media, he was part of the executive management team which successfully built the TSM Network into the largest mobile internet advertising network in the country and later, executed the sale of the company and integration into AOL. Colwell has also held various sales positions at Lycos including director of sales and director of vertical sales, telesales and market development. Additional experience includes executive management and sales positions with internet marketing and publishing companies Engage Technologies, Adsmart and Pointcast. Colwell's earlier experience includes sales and marketing positions at Ziff-Davis. Colwell began his career at Thomson Financial, where he was southwest regional sales manager. Colwell has a Bachelor of Science in small business management from the University of Vermont.

Richard Qiu

Executive Vice President of Business Development and Carrier Relations

Richard is responsible for partnerships, strategic alliances, and shaping the direction of mobile publishing and advertising. An expert in the wireless business sector, Richard has held a number of senior management positions with emerging wireless companies. Prior to 4INFO, Richard was vice president of worldwide carrier business development at SMS.ac, a mobile data and billing company that runs the world's largest mobile community. While there, he was responsible for developing commercial relationships with major wireless operators worldwide. Richard was also AVP of business and client development for BeVocal, a market leader of voice platform and speech solutions for carriers and large enterprises, where he was responsible for key customer and strategic partnerships with telecommunications carriers, cable operators and media businesses. Richard has also spearheaded business development and sales at Yodlee, an internet e-finance software company. Prior to Yodlee, Richard was a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he advised the senior management of Fortune 500 companies.

He holds a MBA from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business, and a PhD from the Vanderbilt University School of Engineering.

Dan Ehrman

Board Member

As Vice President of Planning and Development for Gannett Finance, Dan is responsible for the company's merger and acquisition activities and the occasional disposition. He serves on the boards of a number of Gannett's minority interest investments. He also supervises the financial analysis and budgeting team. Prior to this, Dan held several positions at Gannett including Senior Vice President of Gannett Broadcasting, Vice President/Finance and Business Affairs of Gannett Broadcasting, and he was Gannett's Director/Accounting & Financial Reporting. Prior to joining Gannett in 1977, Dan was with at Price Waterhouse and IBM. Dan graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a B.S. in Architectural Engineering. He also has an MBA from the University of Michigan. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Executives Institute. He is on the Board of Directors of Shermans Travel, LLC and 4INFO.

Paul Matteucci

Board Member

At USVP, Paul has led or co-led investments in 3Ware (sold to AMCC), Factery, Total Beauty, Trovix (sold to Monster), and others. He has also served on the board of Homestead (sold to Intuit) and was an Angel Investor in Fra' Mani, a sustainable food producer. During his early tenure at USVP, Paul served as interim CEO of several of the firm's portfolio companies. "We saved some and we closed some but, as a firm, we are always willing to do the heavy lifting to make our companies successful." Prior to USVP, Paul was CEO of HearMe, taking that company public in 1998. His two decades of operating experience include eight years with Adaptec, where he was Vice President and General Manager of the SCSI host adapter pision leading the business to over a quarter billion in revenues, before turning it over to team he hired and mentored. Upon leaving Adaptec, Paul served as a Resident Entrepreneur for Institutional Venture Partners in 1995 and was an advisor to Accel Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Sutter Hill Ventures in the 1990s. Paul earned an M.B.A. from Stanford University, an M.A. in International Studies from Johns Hopkins and a B.A. from the University of the Pacific. He serves as a trustee of the World's Affairs Council and is a board member of the University of the Pacific's School of International Studies and of the Business School at Montana State University in Bozeman. He is a frequent lecturer at business schools, including Notre Dame, Montana State and U.C. Davis.

Stuart Nagae

Board Member

Stuart Nagae is an associate director in the venture capital investment effort for Vulcan Capital. His investment focus areas include Web services, semantic Web, embedded networks and cable technologies. During his tenure with Vulcan, Mr. Nagae has worked extensively with key Vulcan assets, including Charter Communications, Digeo, Experience Music Project/Science Fiction Museum and Hall of Fame, and the Seattle Seahawks. He currently sits on the board of directors of KEXP 90.3FM Seattle. Prior to Vulcan, Mr. Nagae worked in the technology investment banking group at JP Morgan H&Q, where he concentrated on the enterprise software sector. He also spent time with Itochu Corporation in Tokyo, a leading Japanese Sogo Sosha. Mr. Nagae received his BA in international relations from Stanford University.

Paul Sestili

Board Member

For the past five years, Mr. Sestili has been with Sand Hill Capital, a venture capital firm, where he was responsible for originating and managing the firm’s venture equity portfolios. Prior to that, Mr. Sestili spent five years with APV Technology Partners, a venture capital firm. Prior to APV, he co-managed Chevron Corporation’s first venture fund. Mr. Sestili has founded two start-up companies and is a recovering engineer, having spent the first six years of his career in technology development.
